Reg and his mistress
Here's Reg and his "naked" mistress, Juliet...she's getting her oil changed by Reg and Vince, with a little help from someone at Sanderson Field that Vince met...Pretty cool..Reg then spent most of the afternoon hanging out at the airport visiting with other aviation nuts. Trains, planes and automobiles..I think the automobile runs a distant third from the other two modes of transportation for Reg.
Ems is 1 week away from being halfway thru her pregnancy..wow..it is going fast. She's going to the doctor in Cheney tomorrow and we'll post the heartbeat for that...so far we have 166 and 140..June 21 is the next ultrasound which will hopefully tell Emily the sex of the baby. She wants to know..
I think winter is finally gone..yea! I've spent time in the yard and once I get going, I enjoy it..it's just the getting started that's hard..Procrastination...what a disease!
I have a question out there for anyone who reads this??? When did the word, disrespect, become a verb...ie.."don't disrespect me," etc.....Didn't it used to be "don't be disrespectful to me?" Anyway, that's my little rant! I think it became a verb as a result of gangstger lingo...or am I just stupid...I don't think so.
Later....
Ok, so it's later..I looked at dictionary.com and it did show disprected, disrespecting, (I think) as a verb..hmmm...

ch, ch, changes
In Loving Memory
They say change is good...hmmm...the jury's out on that one..especially when it's ones job that changes. We went "live" with the new system at work. It looks like a good system except for the fact it does away with my position. It will take time though..there's a lot of clean up to do on the old one...I'll work slowly! :)
Emily remembered on the 11th that it would have been Ziggy's 13th birthday..Man, I miss my dog! When I told David, he cried. Ziggy's death has hit him the hardest.
Easter was unusual this year...I'll leave it that for now..not everyone in the family is current with family news. And, I forgot to take a picture of Emily..she looked so cute in her maternity clothes and her short hair!
Since Ziggy's death in September, there has been one hit after another..I am so thankful for my walk with the Lord and for the people He has put in my life. He never promised smooth sailing, but he promised a way through. Just keep my eye on the prize!
Now if the Mariners could win consistantly!

Weekend at the Hearn's
Reg's "mistress," Juliet...
Reg had hoped to fly on Saturday, but, alas, the weather was not conducive to fun flying. So, we did some shopping and came back home..this picture is from my new camera...I'm trying it out before I make a final decision (yea, QVC and their 30 day return policy..) I spent the rest of the afternoon working on my quilt..I got a lot finished..Sunday we headed up to Kingston and went to Bayside for church. It was good to see people, even though we don't know a lot of the people there now..they're doing a major building project and Scott & Leilani gave us a tour..it sure has changed in the 10 years we've been gone. We ended up coming home and had lunch here and time to relax until our evening service..
Emily is coming home Friday for Easter..It's just for the weekend, but it is helping her make it thru til the end of the year. She'll also be home Mother's Day weekend. The wind ensemble is doing a tour and ending in Portland, so we will go get her for the weekend. It's hard to believe she will be at 18 weeks this upcoming week...she's still wearing her regular clothes! I'm impressed!!!
The Mariners finally got some runs..granted the first one today was the pitcher walking the run, buy, hey, a run is a run! Right Levi??????????? And did you see Bloomquist hit one????? Not bad for a local boy...:)

Emily went back to school today..it was easier as she is in a better place...Thank you Lord!!! It was good having her home, but it was good for her to go back. I know she will appreciate having her first year done...She and I went to the mall and then visited my folks afterwards..I made a quick $50 off my dad..tee hee...thanks Dad!!! Next time say, uh, $5! tee hee!!!
Great service tonight. Elisabeth led and I did nothing but partake in worship..I enjoy playing, and want to lead more, but it sure is nice to just sit back and worship without worrying if I'm playing ok, etc...
Tomorrow is quilt square night. I haven't gotten my square done and it's due Tuesday. My arm hurts from bowling Saturday, so I'm hoping it's better tomorrow..right now the idea of a rotary cutter and a sore arm doesn't sound so good!
Lord's blessings on any who read my blog..He is awesome!
